Brooks and Steve have also worked to sell and develop property in the Grouse Creek subdivision outside Lake Placid, which has given them ample experience in understanding Adirondack Park Agency regulations as well as smart building techniques and standards. In total, their combined sales top $73 million in more than 172 transactions.
